April 13th 2022  A walk at the Layritz Meadows area.  A pretty good group went on this walk along the trails near the Glendale Tech park area off of Markham road .  They went to the Crooked Goose Bistro for lunch afterwards.

April 20th 2022  A walk along the E&N Rail trail from Portage Park  On April 20th we walked the E&N rail trail then went to the 4 Mile for lunch. It was an easy dry walk and not too cold.

April 27th 2022  A walk on the  Songhees Trail, formerly, called the Westsong Walkway.  It was a beautiful day for a walk on this path, and for a lunch at the Moon Under Water.

May 25th 2022   A large group of the Canramblers parked near the Henderson Rec centre and walked to the Finnerty Gardens for a leisurely walk through the Rhodos and many other beautiful flower displays.  Most of the group went to 1550's Pub style restaurant for lunch.

June 1st 2022   This time the walking group went to the Esquimalt lagoon for a walk along the beach.  Why is this place named the Esquimalt lagoon when is is clearly in Colwood, not Esquimalt?
The group went to the Taphouse for lunch.

June 15th 2022  Whiffen Spit walk and group outdoor lunch     The group went out to Sooke and walked the length of Whiffen Spit and later ate their picnic lunches in the backyard of one of the members.  It was very nice to see such a good turnout.

June 22 2022  The north end of Elk was where the walking group walked on this day.  There is a trail that leads from the main parking lot on Brookleigh Rd. and along the waterfront to the end of the lake near the old water ski launch site and boat launch. 
The group went to the Beach House restaurant at Cordova bay for lunch this time.

June 29 2022  The walking group went through the lower gardens of Royal Roads this day. They parked at the lower parking area near the lagoon where there is no parking fee.  After the walk they went to The Rose pub nearby for lunch.
